A six-week, cohort-based workshop for small to mid-sized nonprofits and other mission-driven organizations who need help deciding what actually belongs in their data systems, whether they feel stuck in a data desert or are drowning in an ocean of data. Through short, practical sessions, office hours, and one-on-one advising, you’ll identify the few metrics that truly matter, design simple collection systems that align with your mission and values, and leave with ready-to-use tools (trackers, templates, and models) to confidently collect the evidence you need to communicate your impact to boards, funders, and your community.
